Scott W. Parker is an American artist based in Santa Fe, New Mexico.

Scott W. Parker is a visual artist working with paint, drawing materials and printmaking to create pictures. Process begins with inventing definitions and structure of potential images, specific series and serial work. This establishes needed parameters for Parker to focus his direction while creating. These projects include block prints of the Chicago ElevatedTrain System, drawings of the Chicago Bridge Towers, Chicago Cultural Institutions, paintings and drawings of the National Park Project, the Gulf of Mexico Survey, the New Mexico Spanish Colonial Churches and a few new series underway and others not mentioned. Born and raised in Denver, Colorado Parker achieved a BFA in drawing and painting from the School of the Art Institute of Chicago. After starting his career in Chicago he travelled the U.S. working on a project before visiting New York City for a number of years. Now Parker works and is based in Santa Fe, New Mexico. Studio visits by appointment only.
